Advisory Board - Go To Management

7G, Inc. has establishes this Committee of Advisors to advise the Board of Directors and senior management of the Company in its development of business strategy, programs and products.

The Board of Advisors shall have the following general responsibilities:

• Advise regarding the general policies and activities of the Company in the area of loyalty programs and overall business and sales practices.
• Advise on the design and effectiveness of programs, products and services of the Company.
• Advise on the programs, products and services of competitors and potential customers of the Company to identify strategic and marketplace opportunities for the Company and its products and services.
• Review and advise regarding the Company's general business and financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in public relations.
• Make recommendations about potential market opportunities to explore and sales opportunities to pursue.

The Committee of Advisors shall consist of various individuals with relevant sales, marketing, technical, commercial, financial expertise or legal. The Committee of Advisors is not expected to have regular business meetings each calendar year, however, Committee members will be called periodically to offer advice and counsel and may elect to attend a meeting annually.
